I played college football at THE Ohio State university. I ran bars and restaurants in downtown Columbus. I coached hundreds of fitness clients for years…All woven in
culmination to create the fabric of formulation for my personal philosophy for life.

My philosophy is simple:

I am a Coach | Mentor | Facilitator | Speaker + disciple of universal truth.
